If this product does not meet your expectations of the best high quality dog cologne, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchasing. No questions asked. We stand behind our product and want to ensure that all of our customers are satisfied with it. If you aren't, let us know and we are happy to help.
Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
We will also issue a refund or provide a replacement item under the following circumstances:
Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives visibly damaged due to shipping, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage.
Defective Products: If the product you receive is defective or does not function as intended, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We may request supporting information, including photographs or a description of the defect, to verify eligibility.
Incorrect Item Received: If you receive the wrong item, we will either refund your purchase or ship the correct product at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange the exchange.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting documentation (such as photographs). Once your claim is reviewed, we will provide instructions for returning the product, if applicable. Products that are required to be returned must be shipped back in their original packaging, unless otherwise instructed. Return shipping costs may be covered by us if the claim is approved as valid; otherwise, the customer may be responsible for shipping expenses. We reserve the right to refuse any refund or replacement request that does not comply with the internal terms of the company.
